General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between UP Technology GmbH and customers (“you”).

2. Conclusion of contract

Offers are non-binding. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing or by delivering services.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are net plus applicable VAT. Payments are due within [X] days after invoicing.

4. Delivery and performance

Delivery and performance dates are approximate unless explicitly guaranteed.

5. Retention of title

Goods and deliverables remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Warranty

We warrant that our services and products conform to agreed specifications. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted on our website.
